You can view and update your personal (payment) details here. Please make sure all details are up-to-date.
Are there any "fair use policies" or hidden costs?
iPass Global Wi-Fi is an unlimited service on all hotspots and 1GB/month Inflight Wi-Fi with a fully predictable monthly fixed fee. There is no need to limit yourself when connecting to this service. It is obvious that illegal internet activity is not allowed.
What is the subscription period of the service?
The iPass Global Wi-Fi service is a monthly/quarterly/yearly or 24 months recurring service until you cancel the service.
You may cancel the service at any time on the customer portal available here.
I have many traveling colleagues. Do you provide group subscriptions for companies?
Yes, we certainly do! Flexinets has a more than 15 years of experience in providing corporate iPass services, from 50.000 users down to a few on a global scale.

I want to cancel the service. Where and how can I do that?
That is too bad. If you are not happy with the provided service, please let us know first so we can assist you. If you really want to cancel the service you can log in to your personal section on the customer portal (click here to log in) and hit the cancel button.
What is the subscription termination period?
You may cancel the subscription at any time on the customer portal.
The termination will be effective after expiry of Initial Term (30 days).
To illustrate, if your current subscription term ends on 15th July and you decide to cancel on 10th July, the subscription will be terminated on the 15th of July. Note that we refer to UTC time standard.

Can I add more users to my subscription?
Yes! You can easily add and delete users as you like on the Customer Portal.
Simply go to the “User”-tab on the Customer Portal, and add/delete users as you like. All additional user accounts will be charged according to the price list and your payment method. You can see the upcoming payment under the “Subscription”-tab.
Can I use my email address to register more than one device?
Each user must be registered with one email address.
